Our courses are intended to meet the requirements for CPD (Continuous Professional Development).
As CPD is based upon self-assessment, delegates attending our training events are advised to apportion
the amount of hours in accordance with their professional institutions' guidelines. Generally, most of our
events have a maximum of 7.5 hours attributable time.
Course presenters generally deliver their presentations with the aid of an overhead projector or by
the use of pc and projector. Copies of each presenter's notes are also provided in the course documentation
handed out to each delegate at the beginning of the course.
Cancellations received in writing more than 14 days prior to the conference will be accepted and a refund
made less £20 for administration costs. No refunds will be made after this date.
No responsibility is accepted by CPD Conferences Ltd for any views expressed at the conference,
nor for the content of papers and conference notes presented by the speakers. In particular, with
regard to interpretation of regulations, property professionals should always consult the relevant regulations
or government legislation directly.
The published agenda is provisional and CPD Conferences reserves the right to make changes to the agenda
at short notice should speakers be unable to meet their commitments due to unforeseen circumstances.
